Return & Refund Policy
You have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation prior to the order being dispatched. Once the order has already been dispatched, you will have to go through our regular Returns & Refunds Policy.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from RussKap Water:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from our website or through our sales team can be returned to RussKap Water. RussKap Water products purchased through any other outlet must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We do not support returns for any products conforming to specifications in all material respects.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Form or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only offer full refunds for products that are returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. At our discretion, we may grant only partial refunds for any returns of items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you canceled an order, and you were billed for it, we will initiate your refund immediately after we receive a submission of your cancellation request.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be fully processed by your financial institution.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty & Exchange Policy
This Warranty & Exchange section describes our warranty policy and the related obligations of RussKap Water (“Supplier”) to you (“Buyer”).
Supplier will not provide refunds for any product conforming to specifications in all material respects. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with warranty coverage. Other than the warranties set forth in this section, we make no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied or otherwise whatsoever, that the services performed or any items produced will be merchantable or fit for any particular purpose or use. In the event of any breach of any warranty specified in this provision, Buyer’s exclusive remedy shall be that Supplier shall, at its option, repair or replace any defective goods at no cost to Buyer or refund any purchase price paid for products with warranty coverage.
Each Tiffany comes with a standard 2 year warranty; warranty extensions are available by contacting email@example.com.
If the unit gets damaged or is no longer functioning as described, customers can get technical support and part replacements if applicable.
Warranty coverage includes remote technical support and part replacements if applicable, but we will not send an in-person technician. One of our technicians will walk you through troubleshooting the unit remotely.
We do not offer replacements for the full unit, only replacements for faulty or damaged parts after we evaluate your issue with the unit. If the faulty or damaged condition of the unit is beyond restoration, we will replace the full unit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
